I’m Alexa Rose, founder of Rose Consulting, where sustainability meets strategy. With a background in Environmental Ethics and Policy and a Master’s in Education, my work focuses on helping organizations and schools integrate purposeful, people-centered approaches to change. I believe that progress begins with understanding; that real transformation grows from shared values, not imposed systems. Through Rose Consulting, I help clients build clarity, connection, and capacity for impact that lasts.

Who I Am
Rose Consulting is an education-focused consultancy founded by Alexa Rose Pettinari to help schools cultivate a whole-school culture of sustainability.
With a foundation in policy, global education, and sustainability engagement, we partner with schools to integrate sustainable practices into everyday learning, leadership, and operations.
My mission is simple: to make sustainability part of a school’s identity, not just a subject.
What I Do
My approach combines systems thinking and behavior change, guiding educators, students, and communities to co-create solutions that reduce environmental impact, foster student leadership, and create lasting cultural shifts.
I work with schools at every stage of their sustainability journey, from early exploration to deep integration.
